About the Position:

The Process Engineer is a crucial member of BioLaminas Production team, responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality recombinant proteins according to defined processes. This role involves adhering to written procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant laws and regulations. The Process Engineer will work both independently and collaboratively within the team, participating in various production tasks and actively contributing to continuous process improvement and validation efforts. The position is a permanent, full-time role with an initial 6-month probationary period.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Biochemistry is required.

- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Process Engineer in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry

- Strong experience in either upstream and/or downstream processing or equivalent qualification

- Proficiency in identifying, performing, and coordinating deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CC, CAPA) activities

- Skillful in updating, writing, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs)

- Experience in participating, planning, performing, and reporting validation and qualification studies

- Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working techniques, and cleanroom practices is advantageous

- Additional experience in cell culturing and bioreactor operation is beneficial

- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, planning, performing, and reporting process optimization activities

- Proficiency in office computing tools, including Word and Excel

- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, Swedish knowledge is a merit

- Skills in cleanroom work techniques is advantageous

The Role:

Market Analysis:

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems is preferred.

Role and responsibilities

The Process Operator is part of the Biolamina Production team, responsible for manufacturing (cell vial to finalised & labelled product in vials) of high-quality recombinant proteins according to defined processes (LN and CAP) according to written procedures to fulfill ISO 9001 QMS and applicable laws and regulations.

The process operator participates actively in all areas of production where trained/certified to carry out the tasks, working independently as well as part of a team. Responsible for delegated areas within the overall responsibility of department.

Performing production of recombinant proteins according to written procedures for which training/ certification has been received. LN process and CAP process; upstream and downstream operations, media and buffer preparations; equipment handling and cleaning; materials handling; production and facility support

Documentation of activities according to QMS by recording events in for example BPRs, logbooks, stock cards as well as reporting of unexpected events in applicable reports.
Identify/Participate in deviations investigations, CAPA and Change Control activities.

Update SOPs and BPRs.

Hold specific responsibilities to manage production system e.g., responsibility of Equipment according to Equipment list and FMS on-call responsibility.

Qualifications and Education requirements

Process operator, chemical industry - 1-2 years of experience
The ideal candidate will have a laboratory science background and/or previous experience of working in the process industry with upstream processing, or equivalent qualification. Experience from downstream processing is an advantage but not a requirement.
Experience of cell culturing is an advantage
Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working technique, cleanrooms is an advantage.
Reliability, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are highly valued
Bachelor’s degree within Science, technology, biochemistry is required
Basic office computing skills - Word and Excel
Working according to GMP it is an advantage but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of English both spoken and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

The Senior Scientist will be responsible for the downstream process development, optimisation, and characterization of recombinant proteins produced by different protein expressing systems. The work will both encompass exploratory, new product as well as industry-scale process development to help increase our commercial offering and capabilities. You will be responsible for reviewing literature, validating new methods, designing experiments, performing data analysis and reporting, and work intra- and inter-departmentally to efficiently reach answers, draw conclusions, and transfer learnings into operations for implementation.

Your role:

- Fully responsible for design, execution and validation of downstream bioprocessing of new and existing products in portfolio

- Ensure quality of experimental design, troubleshoot complex technical problems, project plan and report, generate technical documentation, prepare handover to production and provide post-product launch support

- Understand strategies and quality framework to help our products and our customers comply to ATMP-relevant standards

- Source and nurture the required internal and external collaborations to execute projects

- Regularly identify and evaluate new technologies and scientific trends

- Provide in-house technical training and technical support upon needed

- Adhere to the Quality Management System initiatives and requirements

Required qualifications:

- Holds a PhD in a relevant area and/or at least 5 years of work experience in a similar function

Your role

- Maintain inventory of office supplies and own re-ordering processes.

- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment (overseeing the cleaner) in all our premises.

- Manage social calendar including celebration of staff birthdays and other special occasions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

· 4 – 5 years documented experience as a recruitment specialist, recruiter, HRBP, or another related role.

Plan and coordinate the hands-on work within operational and tactical sourcing activities. Develop purchasing routines and processes. Develop and implement usage of SAP Business One within the procurement area, including master data management and administrative routines.

RESPONSIBILITES
The Process Operator is part of the Biolamina Production team, responsible for manufacturing (cell vial to finalised & labelled product in vials) of high-quality recombinant proteins according to defined processes (LN and CAP) according to written procedures to fulfill ISO 9001 QMS and applicable laws and regulations.
The process operator participates actively in all areas of production where trained/certified to carry out the tasks, working independently as well as part of a team. Responsible for delegated areas within the overall responsibility of department.
Main tasks
Performing production of recombinant proteins according to written procedures for which training/ certification has been received.
o LN process and CAP process
o upstream and downstream operations, media and buffer preparations
o equipment handling and cleaning
o materials handling
o production and facility support
· Documentation of activities according to QMS by recording events in for example BPRs, logbooks, stock cards as well as reporting of unexpected events in applicable reports.
· Identify/Participate in deviations investigations, CAPA and Change Control activities.
· Update SOPs and BPRs.
· Hold specific responsibilities to manage production system e.g., responsibility of Equiptment according to Equiptment list and FMS on-call responsibility.


REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a laboratory science background and/or previous experience of working in the process industry with upstream processing, or equivalent qualification. Experience also from downstream processing is an advantage but not requirement.
Experience of cell culturing is an advantage
Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working technique, cleanrooms is an advantage.
Reliability, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are highly valued
Bachelor's degree within Science, technology, biochemistry is required
Basic office computing skills – Word and Excel
Working according to GMP it is an advantage but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of English both spoken and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES
Main tasks

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a laboratory science background and/or previous experience of working in the process industry with upstream processing, or equivalent qualification. Experience also from downstream processing is an advantage but not requirement.
Experience of cell culturing is an advantage
Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working technique, cleanrooms is an advantage.
Reliability, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are highly valued
Bachelor's degree within Science, technology, biochemistry (minimum 3yrs) is required
Basic office computing skills – Word and Excel
Working according to GMP it is an advantage but not a requirement.
Good knowledge of English both spoken and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

The Role

Required qualifications:
Holds a Ph.D. in the field of bioprocess, biotechnology, cellular biology, or related disciplines

Demonstrated ability for divergent thinking and propensity to question traditional methods, processes, and products, as well as build on others' ideas

Experience with bioreactor-based stem or primary cell culture

The Role
The Controller/Business administrator will assist BioLaminas’ leadership team and will report to the COO. The Controller/Business administrator will support the COO and CEO in the development and implementation of the company structure and reporting. You will be working together with most parts of the company to set up systems for compiling and analysis of business data. You will also be part of gathering in-house and external data, summarize it, and report it to the organization or the COO and CEO. Furthermore, you will also implement and manage structures to ensure legal compliance to regulations concerning e.g. personnel, health/safety, and environment.


Responsibilities
Maintain and be part of developing financial and department KPI reporting systems and system tools, such as Revenues, OPEX, and P&L report generator.
Compile KPIs and performance reports from different business areas and information analysis
Developing and generating regular reports to management and Board of Directors
Help M&S and Development with competitive intelligence and financial analysis of different projects
Implement systems for correct and efficient financial reporting
Help implement and manage administrative systems for compliance to regulations concerning e.g. HR, environment, health, and safety
Support administrative processes like employee onboarding, expenses, and invoice handling
Manage administrative documents and accounts like agreements
Financial and operational reporting to government agencies of projects where governmental grants have been received



Requirements
To succeed in this role you must have a can-do attitude and be interested in running a business as a whole. We expect you to be curious by nature and willing to learn independently.
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Finance or accounting experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
Organized with attention to detail. Experience in structuring and analyzing data sets
Excellent written and spoken communication in Swedish and English.

Process Operator
Do you have experience within process industry and want to work with products that can really make a difference in the field of regenerative medicine? Join our production team that produces human recombinant laminins that are sold as a culturing platform for different types of primary cells. The demand for our products is increasing around the world and we therefore need to expand our production team in Sundbyberg, just outside Stockholm. We are looking for a thorough and detail-oriented Process Operator.?
?RESPONSIBILITES
As a Process Operator you will work with product manufacturing and product manufacturing support activities. This involves working independently and in a team with mainly routine manufacturing processes: Cell culturing in suspension and adherent cell cultures, and protein purification. Work is conducted in clean room environment according to Standard operating procedures and carefully documented in batch protocols.
Daily tasks?may include, but are not limited to:
Cell culturing in suspension culture and adherent cell culture
Receipt, control and release of raw materials used in production
Media preparation / buffer preparation and filtration
Taking care of lab ware, washing and autoclaving, taking care of waste
Monitoring of processes
Assuming equipment responsibility to ensure equipment are maintained according to routine
Support safe work environment
Documentation of completed tasks in batch records and logbooks
Performing molecular biology and analytical methods, such as electrophoresis, Western blot, spectrophotometry and PCR
Purification of biological macromolecules, filtration and chromatography

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a laboratory science background and/or previous experience of working in the process industry with upstream processing, or equivalent qualification. Experience also from downstream processing is an advantage but not requirement.
Experience of cell culturing is an advantage
Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working technique, cleanrooms is an advantage.
Reliability, interpersonal skills and attention to details are highly valued
Bachelor's degree within Science, technology, biochemistry or equivalent is a plus but not absolute requirement
Basic office computing skills – Word and Excel
Working according to GMP it is an advantage but not a requirement.?
Good knowledge of English both spoken and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
As part of a small biotech production team, the position will require a self-motivated person with enthusiastic positive attitude, and an excellent multi-tasking skill.

?WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position involves routine work including repetitive tasks, some of which require frequent bending, crouching and stretching. Position also includes repetitive tasks using arms/hands/wrists/grips. Assisting in heavy lifts (not more than 50 kg) may occur.
Working in the production facility requires wearing of necessary protective gear as handling of hazardous chemicals and high temperatures is sometimes necessary. Work in the facility also means exposure to limited amount of noise (>85 dBA).
