Om tjänsten
I denna roll kommer du först medverka i framtagandet av och sedan ansvara för IT-divisionens leveransmodell och därefter se till att den kontinuerligt anpassas efter organisationens behov. Du kommer även samverka med enhetens övriga verksamhetsutvecklare och vara delaktig i vidareutveckling och förvaltning av andra förmågor som enheten ansvarar för, som t.ex. portfölj, projekt, operativ modell och förändringsledning.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:


• Ansvara för IT leveransmodell
• Sammanhållande för metodik och process avseende IT leveransmodell
• Utveckla, driva och införa verksamhetsutvecklingsaktiviteter kopplade till processer, metoder och arbetssätt som avdelningen ansvarar för
• Upprätthålla nära samarbete med övriga delar av organisation, både inom division IT och övriga divisioner.

Enheten IT Leveransstyrning har som uppdrag att utveckla och förvalta IT divisionens styrning och operativa modell så att den är anpassad efter organisationens långsiktiga strategier och mål, samt håller den flexibilitet som krävs för att möta befintliga och nya behov. Detta genom att leda och stödja så att ramverk, processer och metoder appliceras i syfte att skapa mervärde som utgår från Svenska kraftnäts strategi, mål och behov. Enheten ingår i avdelningen IT Ledningsstöd som ansvarar för styrning och strategi inom verkets IT division.

Skallkrav
Vidare ser vi att du har relevant akademisk examen minst 120 p/180 hp eller motsvarande kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

Du har även erfarenhet av att


• utveckla, införa och eller justera befintliga processer och arbetssätt inom IT i en organisation.
• tillämpa agila arbetssätt och eller agil styrning utifrån en organisations behov.
• ha jobbat i en större, komplex organisation (> 500 FTE)
• förvalta modell, system eller liknande.

Det är meriterande med erfarenhet/er av


• Styrning av IT-utveckling och IT-förvaltning i privat sektor
• Att ha tillämpat någon IT-relaterad styrmodell (så som PPS, SAFe, eller liknande)
• Att haft ett leveransansvar: uppdragsledning, projektledning, leveransledning

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance and reporting of website analytics, including configuration between Segments – GA4
• Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders.
• Make recommendations to optimise website performance using our CRO model, including A/B-tests, user tests with heatmaps etc.
• Responsible for overall performance tracking, including implementing scripts/pixels and making sure we are in the frontline on the tracking area and representing your area in a cross-functional team called Conversion Squad
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing, web analytics and MarTech
• Serving as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools

About the job As a Business Analyst you will focus on detailing requirements for Mobile App for Corporate customers. You will assist development and assure the quality of developed functionality.
