What is needed in this role:
- A dedication and fascination for privacy and GDPR
- A law degree and or CIPP E certification
- Senior knowledge of GDPR
- Experience from a GDPR Program in complex organisations is an advantage
- Excellent ability for drafting and describing privacy issues in an understandable way for non experts
- Experience from stakeholder management in complex organisations, and you think it ?s fun
- Professional skills in english, both spoken and written

Are you passionate about working in Compliance and want to make sustainable impact on the Financial Sector?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work with a wide variety of products and offerings within Large Corporates & Institutions, including Custody, Depositary, Fund Services and Transfer Agency, as well as other products like Lending, Payments, Markets, Investment Banking, and more
- Assist management in taking informed decisions about compliance risk related UCITS, AIFM, MiFID II, AML and Data protection
- Provide proactive advice to the business in their daily operations as well as during regulatory implementation and complex case-specific questions to ensure compliant business operations within Security Services
- Assess risks related to new business and change initiatives and the relevant measures to mitigate the risk
- Monitor, follow-up, and control that the business is adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and routines
- Take a role in further developing Group Compliance´s processes and ways of working to reach further excellence globally
- Contribute to compliance activities throughout the bank
- Take part in planning and executing risk-based activities in the areas of Customer Protection, Market conduct, Data protection and Financial Crime
- Take part in annual and ongoing risk-based planning and quarterly reporting
- Assist in developing and performing tailored trainings to the business and management




What is needed in this role:
- Three years of experience from working with fund services or asset management in a bank or another financial institution, or other relevant role
- Knowledge of UCITS, AIFM, MiFID II, MAD/MAR, GDPR and AML
- Good understanding of the Conflicts of Interest that arise in a full-service bank and how to manage them
- Good legal interpretation and analytical skills
- Team player, service-minded and flexible
- Master´s in law or economics is preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English

About the job You will be responsible for the management and continous improvements of Swedbank's Privacy Framework, i.e. the documentation, processes and principles for data protection and GDPR.

What you need to succeed We are looking for you who either has a law degree with senior knowledge and experience about GDPR and currently is working i.e. as a lawyer or DPO, Compliance. Or you who is a certified GDPR expert with senior experience. You have experience from a GDPR program. You also have professional ability for analysis and an excellent ability for drafting and describing legal issues in an understandable way for non experts both in text and orally. Your Swedish and English is fluent – both written and spoken.
