About the job As a business analyst at Analytics & AI you are expected to support our clients in business and financial problem definition, structuring, analysis as well as verbal and written communication of the end results. You would typically work as part of a cross-functional team consisting of business analysts, data scientists, as well as other business domain experts to research, develop and deliver on-demand innovative analytics and AI business applications. You will have a key role in ensuring efficient support and execution of prioritized strategic and tactical deliverables as part of Swedbank business objectives and overall wanted position, both addressing short-term business requirements and enabling advanced analytics discovery and research driven by long-term vision and strategic direction.

About the job You will be an important player in our team, using Qlik Sense to provide business with self-service analytics and data discovery. The Qlik platform is foundation for customer analytics and closely connected to lots of ongoing initiatives to support increased customer satisfaction, digital transformation of the bank and important work to prevent money laundry (AML). You will also be highly involved in further development of our internal CAT (Customer Analysis Tool) system, with more than 3 000 users monthly, in order to meet new and increased business requirements with Qlik Sense opportunities

This role will be located in Sundbyberg, Umeå, Malmö or Göteborg depending on candidate preference.

What you need to succeed You are a self-driven and solution oriented team player, a Qlikview/Sense developer with recognized skills. You have people skills and enjoy co-operating with colleagues both in Sweden and Baltic countries. There is daily need for speaking and writing in English. You have a natural interest in new technical possibilities and adapting them for enhanced user experiences.

About the job Business area Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.

As part of Customer Value Communication Swedish Banking you will join us in transforming from working with ad-hoc one off campaigns towards a data driven approach connected to customer life event based journeys. As a Marketing Concept Manager you work with ensuring a customer insight driven approach to develop high relevant customer proposition (Campaigns and Next Best Actions) in an Omni-channel context.

Main responsibilities are;

Cooperate closely with colleagues and the team to describe customer life event journeys, corresponding customer needs, and suitable propositions, with focus on creation of proposition content.

What you need to succeed You are passionate about customer and creating great customer experience. You understand what drives value for the specific customer and the business and you have the drive to make things happen.

You are customer insight driven, have strong analytic skills as well as a creative mind. About the job Kärnan is a part of Group Customer Value Management and the value stream Customer Data – Master Data Management. We search for a Developer that will work with development and maintenance in our master data systems. We offer you the possibility of an interesting and varying job. Kärnan, which is a generic term for our Master Data Systems, is an important base for many applications within Swedbank. Kärnan consist of several systems, e.g. the Party, Product, Agreement and Debiting systems. About the job As member of the Analytics & AI team you in Swedbank, you will be part of a highly-prioritized, fast growing focus area within Swedbank Group tasked with driving sales, service and customer satisfaction as well as automation and operational efficiency through the usage of data, analytics and AI. As a Senior Data Scientist you have a central role in driving, executing and operationalizing analytical engagements, by leveraging machine learning and deep learning. Our portfolio of analytical services includes areas such as churn predictions, upsell/cross modelling, anomaly and fraud detection and time series predictions. You will also work closely with data engineers to support deployment of machine learning/deep learning models in data lake environment by applying latest DevOps technologies and best practices from agile SW development.

 

What you need to succeed You have a genuine interest in solving complex statistical problems, a structured approach towards data mining, a deep understanding of appropriate analytical algorithms and models and broad experience in leveraging relevant tools and methods. We expect you to have good knowledge in programming languages or high-level scripting such as Python and R as well as data operations and management in Spark. You master all aspects of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.

You are part of and contribute to building strong teams in a creative environment in combination with genuine interest in solving complex business challenges and a structured approach to apply innovative analytics tools and technologies together with your team.

As an individual you are a persistent problem solver with strong innovation drive and can-do attitude. You are comfortable with communicating the result of your work (both written and verbally in English) and enjoy collaborative work environment. You take pride in translating data driven insights into actions and decisions but also transform business vision and strategy to relevant analytical topics for development.

You are expected to be an expert in your field, and constantly keep up with trends and technologies; you seek and share analytical inspiration and best practices from both internal and external sources. You are expected to lead, assist and knowledge share with others in advanced analytics, and be able to work across the business with Group Business Intelligence and GCVM Data & Tools, with various subject matter experts and business analysts.

In the coming year, we focus on continue scaling up the development and operationalization of analytical insights and models especially with regards to deep learning and real-time streaming models.

What you may have worked with previously You have +4 years of experience from roles such as Sr Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer or SW backend Developer. You have a master/PHD degree in mathematics/statistics, applied physics or computer science. You don’t need to have previous experience from banking however it is important to demonstrate successful track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning and deep learning engagements.
