Your role as a Founding Designer will define the visual language of Epiminds and shape how humans interact with multi-agent systems.


Role Mission ????
Your mission is to take deeply technical, multi-agent workflows and make them simple, intuitive, and beautiful.
You will own the entire product experience: how data is presented, how workflows flow, how agents communicate with users, and how the platform feels as it scales. This is a role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and setting the design foundation for years ahead.


Core Responsibilities ????
1. Product & Dashboard Design
Lead UX/UI for the Epiminds platform: dashboards, workflows, reporting, agent interactions.
Translate complexity into clean, modern, minimalist interfaces.
Build and maintain a scalable, extensible design system.



2. User Journeys & Onboarding
Design the full onboarding flow for agencies and internal teams.
Convert complex setup steps into frictionless, guided experiences.
Continuously refine activation clarity, quality, and speed.



3. Visualising Multi-Agent Collaboration
Create new visual paradigms that explain how humans and multiple AI agents work together.
Make agent reasoning, actions, and workflows intuitive and transparent.
Collaborate closely with engineering and founders to ship these concepts into production.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
- Delta i arbetet med att förbättra befintliga och utveckla nya digitala tjänster, med fokus på text, ordval och tonalitet.
- Skapa och utforma texter och instruktioner som hjälper användaren att hitta rätt bland våra digitala tjänster och att använda dem på enkelt och intuitivt sätt.
- Planera och genomföra användartester och mätningar av hur texten upplevs och uppfattas i de digitala tjänsterna och hur texten bidrar till en intuitiv användning.
- Vara med och utveckla metoder för att användartesta innehåll och copy som en naturlig del i designprocessen.
- Inspirera andra, identifiera och föreslå förbättringar för användarupplevelsen och vår UX-strategi.
- Jobba främst med mobilt-först.
- Följa trender inom UX, digital design, webb- och mobilanvändning.
- Du kommer att jobba mycket nära våra UX-designers. Du kommer att delta i arbetet med att ta fram koncept och skisser från idé till detaljerad design


Vem är du?
Erfarenhet
- Har relevant akademisk utbildning eller erfarenheter/kvalifikationer som bedöms likvärdiga.
- Har minst två års erfarenhet av copywriting och innehållstrategi för webb och mobil
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att jobba i team men också vana att arbeta självständigt
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta i nära samarbete med grafiska formgivare, interaktionsdesigner, gränssnittsutvecklare, klarspråkskommunikatörer och verksamhetsspecialister
- Har kunskap om riktlinjer för tillgänglighet (WCAG).
- Dokumenterat god förmåga att hantera det svenska språket.
- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att arbeta med verksamhet och slutanvändare.
- Dokumenterad god samarbetsförmåga.


Kompetens
- Du trivs med att bollar idéer och designlösningar med andra, dela med dig av dina kunskaper och erfarenheter och ta del av andras.
- Har en pedagogisk förmåga och kan presentera/motivera lösningar, även för intressenter som inte själva jobbar med design av digitala gränssnitt.

Enheten Driftapplikationer ansvarar för utveckling och förvaltning av våra egenutvecklade operatörssystem och hjälpmedel. Enheten består av 10 personer uppdelat på två team som jobbar med att utveckla program för realtidssimulering och analys av kraftsystemet.

Bakgrund
Under flera år har vi utvecklat två verktyg: Det första används för att analysera kraftsystemet i realtid och underlättar övervakningen och driften av kraftsystemet, det andra simulerar det nordiska kraftsystemet i realtid och används i utbildningen av kraftsystemsoperatörerna och genomföringen av kritiska övningar.

Våra verktyg är komplexa och utvecklas internt av kraftsystemingenjörer och systemutvecklare, vilket gör att användarvänligheten är en stor utmaning för våra användare: kraftsystemoperatörer och utbildare.

Vår långsiktiga målbild är att skapa ett designsystem för våra verktyg.

Uppdraget
Under det här exjobbet vill vi ta fram första interaktions- och designriktlinjer för våra verktyg.

> Du kommer få en introduktion till våra verktyg och deras syfte
> Genom att prata med våra typiska användare kommer du få en djupare förståelse för deras behov och arbetssätt, samt få en översiktlig bild över vilka utmaningar vi står inför gällande användarvänlighet
> Du kommer iterativt skapa ett dokument och koncept med interaktions- och designriktlinjer för våra verktyg samtidigt som du identifierar prioriterade delar av våra verktyg där förbättringar skulle ge mest nytta
> Eftersom våra verktyg hanterar stora mängder flödande data vill vi gärna att arbetet även fokuserar delvis på riktlinjer kring visualiseringen av data.

Följande ska ha inkommit för att utbetalning av arvode ska ske:
• Exjobbsrapporten ska vara klar och tillgänglig i sin slutversion.

• Utlåtande i mail från högskolans handledare att examensarbetaren är klar från deras sida. I detta ingår att du/ni ska ha presenterat ditt/ert arbete på högskolan, och om det ingår opponerat på annans arbete.
• Utdrag ur betygsregistret (PDF i mail) där det framgår att godkänt examensarbete är inrapporterat.

Omfattning på uppdraget är 30 högskolepoäng.

Din profil/bakgrund
- Du läser ett mastersprogram inom Interaction Design eller liknande
- Du drivs av att skapa lättförstådda interaktioner med komplexa system
- Du förstår vikten av effektiv kommunikation

Du bör behärska svenska och engelska i så väl tal som skrift.

Då vi arbetar med samhällsviktig verksamhet är anställningen säkerhetsklassad och svenskt medborgarskap krävs. Säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll kommer att genomföras innan arbetet kan påbörjas.
