Stillingen

For Groupe SEB Nordic leder vi nu efter et nyt medlem til deres kundeserviceteam, som er placeret på hovedkontoret i Sundbyberg. I tæt samarbejde med kontorets salgsteam, eftersalg og resten af organisationen vil du hjælpe og servicere virksomhedens kunder og forbrugere i Norden med fokus på Danmark.

 

I dit arbejde vil du frem for alt stå for kommunikation med kunder via IT-systemer, e-mail, telefon og sociale medier. Du vil arbejde med en lang række opgaver som håndtering af ordrer, leverancer, overvågning af produkttilgængelighed, håndtere priser og rabatter samt yde salgssupport. Desuden vil du blive ekspert på virksomhedens produkter og besvare spørgsmål og klager fra forbrugere, hjælpe dem til en god købsoplevelse og hvis nødvendigt hjælpe dem med garanti og reparation.

Din profil

For at passe ind i denne stilling, ser vi gerne at du opfylder følgende:

Det er et krav, at du behersker dansk og engelsk. Desuden er det et plus, hvis du taler et andet nordisk sprog.
1-2 års erfaring fra kunde- eller forbrugerservice
Erfaring fra SAP er en fordel
Du er en holdspiller, som ser muligheder frem for begrænsninger.

The Role

We are looking for a new team member to our Customer & Consumer Service Team located in our office in Sundbyberg. In close collaboration with our sales team, after sales and the rest of the organisation you will support our customers and consumers in the Nordic region, focusing on Denmark. Your job will consist of communication via IT systems, email, telephone and social media. You will provide support in primarily all order- and distributions matters. Managing and driving the order process including claims from customers, customer master data, monitoring of product availability, correct prices & rebates as well as support sales regarding product availability communication and customer management etc. On top of this you will be an expert on our products and answer questions and complaints from our consumers helping them to a better product experience and if needed activate product guarantee or repair/spare parts.

The tasks also include driving and/or participating in process improvements for the order and claims process and customer collaboration areas.

Your Profile

To fit in this role, you have/are most of the following:

It's a requirement that you are fluent in Danish & English and if you speak another Nordic language it’s a plus
1-2 years of experience from Customer or Consumer Service
Experience from SAP is a merit
You have Commercial & Business awareness
You're a team player with a LEAN mindset seeing opportunities rather than problems.

•  Fluent in Danish and English and preferable a second Nordic language.
