Bio-Rad Laboratories is looking to recruit a motivated and result-oriented Tenders & Contracts Specialist.
Pro-actively support the tender and bid management elements of the business. You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding individual pre-qualification and tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they are accurate, fully compliant and that deadlines are successfully met.
You will be the first point of contact for all post tender related enquiries from our internal and external customers
Create and maintain customer specific pricing and contracts. Ensure appropriate approvals are in place and renewals are submitted on time

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with the Commercial teams to meet overall objectives for both contracts and tenders
Coordinate preparation of pricing contracts in accordance with customer requests and ensuring all information is correct
Undertake and complete PQQ, PFQ submissions and technical/compliance information to accompany tender bids and responses to expressions of interest
Download/upload tender documents via procurement portals
Maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses
Liaise with colleagues to gather supportive data and works information
Manage the approval process before the tender is submitted
Manage the approval flow of pricing requests to ensure no bottlenecks are found and customers get their price agreements in a timely manner to high quality. Ensuring compliant processes and adherence to pricing policy
Assist with the production of new documentation and templates where appropriate
Internal/External communications.

Key qualifications
Experience in a similar role and industry preferable
Multi-lingual (Swedish + Finnish + English)
Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market desirable
Strong communications and interpersonal skills needed, excellent written communication.
Able to work efficiently with cross functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organization. Can work cross functionally
Good computer literacy and presentation skills
SFDC and SAP experience desirable
Ideally degree level or similar educational qualification, minimum A’levels or college degree
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and preferably experience within marketing / business development / bid management

Reporting to the Area HR Manager East EMEA & Central Europe the successful candidate will take charge of the day to day HR related task for a team of 60 located through out Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
Responsibilities will include:
-Operational HR support regarding local business initiatives and European strategies
- Recruitment for all positions across the Nordic business
- Provide assistance regarding employee relations to managers
- Maintain local legislation laws with union officials, government organizations
- Coordinate salary and compensation policies
- Deliver training, learning and development programs to staff
- Maintain compliance through audit of in house systems
- Constantly review policies to ensure they are up to date with regional and European standards
In order to be successful, candidates are expected to have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an HR Generalist position
- Knowledge of local laws and legislation
- Experience working within an international company
- Financial acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Willingness and ability to work in an international team
- Highly structured and organized business approach with strong delivery focus

Key Responsibilities:
Perform own sales activities proactively to ensure high value customers and market segments are targeted. Focus on Key Opinion Leaders, Key Decision Makers at strategically important accounts
Work together with Account Managers, Regional Sales Specialists, Product Managers and Sales Manager to promote the product portfolios in order to grow the revenue and profitability.
Manage field sales activities align with tactical plan and company focus.
Organizing and deliver customer facing seminars, product demonstrations and post sales trainings
Provide field support for customers and working with Technical Support
Ensure and deliver relevant training internally to Account Managers in the area of responsibility and support the team to build their knowledge in this field.
Actively seek to maintain expert understanding of the technology and applications within the area or responsibility. Keep a basic knowledge about the full product portfolio.

Key qualifications are:
High level of Proteomics (Western Blot, Imaging and Chromatography) knowledge and experience coupled with strong business acumen.
Scientific degree is required
Sales experience and/or laboratory experience is required.
Preferred experience working in sales or technical support in the life sciences market at least 5 years
Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish and /or Finnish (depends of the candidate location).
Experience in presenting at seminars, workshops or trainings customers/colleagues is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a territory business plan; remotely sells and promotes the Bio-Rad product line to meet the territory sales goals for a group of customers (existing and/or new); identifies and develops new business opportunities. Manages the territory in a structured, organized and compliant way.
Manages all contracts (Reagent Rental, CPRR, Standing Orders), as well as their extension and/or renewal, for the assigned territory.
Develops and demonstrates a thorough understanding of selling skills, sales forecasting, and results monitoring – presenting achievements regularly. Implements the Bio-Rad selling process, including funnel and opportunity management, in SFDC and keeps the system up to date at all times.
Delivers oral and written communications to external and internal customers in a coherent manner; works in alignment with the other sales team members to implement sales and marketing plans.
Recognizes and demonstrates Bio-Rad's complete commitment to customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions of customer problems or concerns; understands and upholds the Bio-Rad quality policy.
Takes ownership of personal development and continuous learning; attends required sales training, seminars, and tradeshows.
Monitors and evaluates competitive services, pricing and other activities and reports these findings in SFDS. Conducts targeted market research, when required, using a customer contact database.
Supports customers to ordering through channels (e-commerce options, etc.).


Key qualifications are:
At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare or related field.
A strong knowledge of Finnish, English and Swedish languages is required for this job.
