What We Look For We believe that you have solid experience from working with accounting, financial control or related finance roles, gained either in-house or within audit/advisory.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from accounting/financial control or similar

- Previous experience in IFRS, K3 and quarterly and annual reporting

- Analytical skill with strong understanding of how P&L, balance sheet and cashflow statements interplay

- High skills in Excel and curiosity to leverage AI and automation

About the job

The team’s product ownership is broad, but the product where we are looking to strengthen the team now is within customer service tools. The solution is built on a microservice architecture and includes microfrontends that the application consumes.

The team is DevOps modelled, i.e. responsible for the full development chain from gathering requirements to deploying the code in production and maintaining it. The team interacts with stakeholders to clarify requirements, create detailed design and implement solutions.

This role is based at our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm. At Tele2, we embrace a hybrid work model, with the majority of the workweek spent in the office.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:


5+ years of hands-on experience with Java 11+ and JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
Deep knowledge of Spring technologies within a microservice architecture hosted on Kubernetes.
Strong experience in CI/CD, including unit and automated testing.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, databases (Oracle/Postgres), and Git.

About the job

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, initially focusing on our car policy in Sweden. This includes managing our car fleet, through coordination and administration, tracking expiring lease agreements, ensuring policy compliance, reviewing and improving existing policy, and maintaining direct contact with employees, managers as well as with our car lease supplier. Tele2 is continuously advancing our environmental and sustainability efforts, aiming replace all hybrid cars with electric cars in the coming years, and you will play a crucial role in driving this initiative forward.

The Reward & Recognition team, work within areas such as short-and long-term incentives, annual salary reviews, gender pay gap reporting, corporate governance reporting, pension & benefits communication, job levelling analysis and compensation benchmarking. This role is located at our Kista office, and you will report to our Head of Reward and Recognition.

Who are you?

You are a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others, as the role involves significant stakeholder management, collaboration and ensuring adherence to and information communication around policies and processes. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our current policies and procedures and efficiently communicate and explain them to our stakeholders.

Your numerical ability is strong, and you like to go beyond and think of both consequences and implementation of changes to policies and procedures. Your ability to work with excel, reporting in an efficient way and deliver according to deadlines is highly developed.

Om rollen

I rollen som Teknisk integrationspecialist kommer du att vara ansvarig för att designa och implementera integrationslösningar mellan kund och Tele2s stödsystem. Du är specialisten som kunden vänder sig till för stöd och råd kring hur denne bäst optimerar integrationer och du är en expert i service requests och incidenthantering. Du erbjuds en dynamisk roll där du blir en nyckelperson i kundnära dialoger, där du stödjer kunderna i alla faser, från pre-sales till implementation och förvaltning och coachar dem ständigt mot lämpliga lösningar.

Vem är du?

Vi söker efter en engagerad individ med en stark analytisk förmåga och en passion för ständigt lärande. Du är utåtriktad och kommunikativ, och trivs i en roll där du kan interagera med kunder och kollegor på ett öppet och tydligt sätt.

Utöver det ser vi även att du har:

- Grundläggande teknisk bakgrund där du använt något eller flera av följande: Webtjänster / REST / Swagger
- Erfarenhet av PEPPOL
- Flytande i svenska i både tal och skrift

Det ses som meriterande om du har:

- Tidigare erfarenhet av systemintegrationer
- Tidigare erfarenhet av ServiceNow eller andra ärendehanteringssystem
- Tidigare erfarenhet av Visma Proceedo eller andra e-handelsystem

I teamet Invoicing & Implementation Management teamet så får man möjlighet att jobba nära såväl kunder som med erfarna kollegor som hanterar uppsättning av integrationer och avancerade administrativa lösningar för våra kunder. Teamet består av 10 personer i både Kista, Karlskoga och Göteborg och teamet består av såväl fakturautredare som integrations och faktureringsexperter. Vidare ser vi även att du:

- Har erfarenhet från större projekt inom IT-området. Det är meriterande med erfarenheter inom datacenter
- Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i både tal och skrift.

Om rollen:

I rollen som medlem i det strategiska produktledningsteamet kommer du att vara expert på att arbeta med flera produkter, nätverk och partners för att ge en utmärkt upplevelse för kunder med fast bredband och TV i öppna stadsnät.

Som Produktchef för Öppna stadsnät ansvarar du för att:

- Lansera och optimera våra tjänster i Öppna Stadsnät,
