About the job Swedbank Cloud Team will lead our technical transformation using cloud services from the largest Cloud Service Providers on the market to secure that we can use the latest technologies. You will be a part of the team that will design, enable and operate Swedbank's Cloud foundation, provide professional services such as cloud advisory, onboarding and support with best practices on solution design and driving cloud evangelization activities across Swedbank's organization. Our services are utilized by a vast majority of applications used in the bank to increase the overall security posture. We are now looking for an Infrastructure engineer for our Integration team, to join our team of specialists located in Sweden, Lithuania.

As an infrastructure engineer you will work with maintaining and optimizing systems, standardizing and automating where possible. You will identify and solve problems/incidents, measure the performance and capacity and take part in project related work. On-call work may occur occasionally.

This means that you will be:

Solving level 2 and 3 incidents and problems
Participate in projects
Work close together with infrastructure architect
Collaborating with technical engineers, inside and outside the organization
Recommending on infrastructure architecture principles and standards
Ensure that IT Strategy is met in infrastructure implementation for given Technology Area
Analyzing IBM news flash about planned changes, patches software
Help the Sterling Integrator operations to find and solve error reasons in production and pre-production environment, Incidents solving, maintenance tasks
Writing shell scripts for batch scheduling platform applications integration and automation

About the job As a Scrum master you will be the extended hand of the Agile Product Owner (APO) and together you will prioritize backlog and break down backlog items to daily deliverables. Your goal is to help the cross functional team(s) (CTF) to understand the need for clear and concise backlog items as well as practicing agile ways of working principles, facilitating agile events and solve ad hoc daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

We are looking for a skilled Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join our talented and continuously improving Linux/Unix (LUX) team in Application Hosting Technology stream.

What challenges do we offer you?   The Linux/Unix team is part of the Application Hosting Techstream in Group IT. The mission of the LUX team is to provide a secure, stable and efficient service to our business stakeholders by providing self-service capability, API's and automations to create an easily manageable, efficient and stable delivery.

As an Infrastructure Engineer in LUX your main challenge will be the analysis and building of RH Linux platform self-service and automation solutions . Your daily tasks will include analysis of business requirements, design of self-service solutions and building automations to enable user self-service.

 

What would help you succeed in the role? As an Infrastructure Engineer in LUX , we expect you to be able to have a proactive automation focused mindset and be able to work independently with the RH Linux platform and Puppet :  

Previous experience with Red Hat Linux, Puppet and Ansible ;
Good analytical skills and orientation to automation of complex tasks;
Able to design automation workflows ;
Successfully completed a degree in a relevant subject (or in acquisition) or equivalent in work experience
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies is a plus;
True team-player, proactive and communicative (also fluent in English ).
Experience with Solaris is a plus
