About the job The role as Process Owner of Swedbank's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Process means that you're responsible for the design and requirements for the full IAM lifecycle. To take ownership includes to work with stakeholders to understand how the process is implemented in practice and make changes according to identified risks or workflow issues. As the area is a fundamental cornerstone in information security it receives a lot of attention from internal and external stakeholders such as our Supervisors, External Auditors, business partners as well as Swedbank-internal control functions. The Process Owner is the primary interface towards those stakeholders.
What you need to succeed Ability to represent IAM process area to all internal, external groups
Thorough understanding and exposure to Identity and Access Management lifecycle
Experience of developing, maintaining controls, policies, processes, guidelines
Experience in risk identification and risk management
Good understanding of governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
Experience in planning/leading/driving annual access review at org level
Experience in facing internal/external audits
Experience in control testing, assessment
High-level knowledge of SailPoint capabilities is an advantage
Knowledge of ITGC, GDPR will be an advantage
High degree of self-leadership and high motivation to build a strong IAM Process and the ability to collaborate with team members as well as other internal/external stakeholders on various managerial levels
