We are now looking for a skilled and development oriented Product Owner to be responsible for functionality in SD Worx HR. You work for a product management organization in an agile way of working. You will be a member of the Squad responsible for releasing a product that meets the customer's needs to achieve the squad goals. Responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the Squad Backlog and also accepts requirements (stories) as completed.

Your work

You will be responsible to develop the product vision and synchronize it with the Tribe/Cluster Lead and Product Owners in Squads responsible for related products. You will monitor the business results of the product, as well as the technical health and stability. Together with the squad you’re managing the release scope taking into account existing resource constraints and new findings.

About you

You've probably worked with HR and system management for some years. We think you might have a background within IT preferably with some connection to HR related systems. You have a desire to succeed and the wish to develop our product offering. You approach things in an innovative and solution-oriented way, and you have good communication skills. If you have knowledge of SD Worx HR and SD Worx HR Time it’s very favorable.

 Some responsibilities:


• Continuously keep the backlog up to date with regards to content and priority.
• Balance between creating new functionalities and reducing technical debt.
• Hold meetings with the Squad to update the product backlog.
• Make sure the Squad correctly understands the requirements.
• Align with other product owners and teams to synchronize the execution of complex changes.
• Participate in the Scrum events and squad life.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som konsult deltar du i implementationsprojekt av lönesystem på den svenska marknaden. Tillsammans med kund och vårt projektteam ansvarar du för analys, uppsättning, konvertering, driftsättning och överlämning av kundens lösning. Du behöver också snabbt kunna sätta dig in i och förstå hur kundens processer är uppbyggda.

Du bidrar med din expertis för att påvisa effektiviserings- och förbättringsmöjligheter. I tjänsten ingår även att utbilda våra kunder.

About the work
You will have varied workdays with us, but the focus will be on developing our mobile apps, either for iOS or Android.

• Design and develop our apps for iOS or Android
• Drive product and code quality as well as performance improvements
• Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to identify needs for the different areas

We want someone who can challenge us and bring new perspectives to the table. You have a good understanding of mobile app development and the technologies used and have a curious and creative mindset. One of the big strengths of the team is to help each other, why we need you to be a team player with good analytical and communication skills.

Legal Counsel Nordics
The Corporate Legal department of the SD Worx group (Headquarters in Belgium) is seeking a full-time in-house Legal Counsel focused primarily on our Nordics’ organization. You will be part of a team that provides advice to the business of the SD Worx group on a wide range of legal questions, with a focus on commercial law, contract law and IT law.  

The current legal team works from Belgium (HQ), Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom and consists of 11 legal counsels. You will be based primarily in Sweden and report to one of our two Head Counsels. The position include some travelling within Europe.

Key Responsibilities


• Give sound yet clear, cost-effective and practical legal advice in order to support SD Worx management, operations and sales, to help ensure their compliance with legal requirements
• Proactively share legal knowledge and assistance on all aspects of the SD Worx business
• Review and negotiate customer-, supplier- and partnership agreements, including support in the drafting and updating of agreement templates
• Provide legal support for the effective handling and successful resolution of disputes and negotiations
• Monitoring, interpreting and advising on current and new relevant legislation and case law

Profile

You are business oriented, practical, pragmatic and combine a risk aware working style with a no nonsense and hardworking attitude. The role as Quality Assurance engineer is an important role in our product development process and will be working closely with our Test Lead and the product teams. You will be doing exploratory and automated tests to ensure our products quality. This role also includes responsibilities for designing and defining tests, debugging, and defining/executing corrective actions.

You will also review the system requirements, help us define acceptance criteria’s and track our quality assurance metrics.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you need to have some years of experience with software development either as a developer or quality assurance/tester. About the role

You will be part of a design team in the HR offering to lead and discover to re-define how HR-admin could work. As a UX Designer at SD Worx Nordics you’ll get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the user experience and overall product strategy.
