Profoto continues to grow and we are now looking for a Sales and Operations Coordinator for our head office in Stockholm.
What we are looking for
Profoto is looking for a relation driven Sales and Operations Coordinator to strengthen our Sales and Operations department.
Key responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact and responsible for the entire outbound logstical planning for your global markets. You will help to uphold the premium brand of Profoto and be challenged in developing and refining its operational processes. Daily tasks include:
- Handle incoming customer orders from all the world
- Daily contact with our global customers
- Handle customs and export documentation
- Logistical planning
- Project member for sale and marketingproject for product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher education
- 1-2 years experience of logistics and/or retaining excellent customer relations
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- ERP experience is meriting
