The Distribution Manager holds the responsibility for inbound and outbound transports, VAS, scrapping, inventory and stock movements. Controls, follow up, and lead collaboration with 3PL and distributors and drive improvement/cost saving projects for WH and Freight out areas. In charge of invoice and cost control for WH, Freight out and Customs.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Optimize deliveries to the customers, both regarding order flow and transportation.
Ensure that shipments are sent on time from the warehouse with the standard required.
Follow up on delays and KPI for outbound deliveries.
Analyze transportation and WH cost and look for more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate Value-Added Services (VAS) specific to customer requirements between GSEB's Operations Department and third-party logistics providers (3PL).
Manage stock-related activities, including addressing discrepancies, inventory adjustments, stock movements and scrapping
Serve as SAP super user, resolving any errors between SAP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and actively participating in new projects. Provide support to customer service teams with SAP-related inquiries.
Manage Yearly Stock taking and report the results to Finance, Operations and Logistics managers.
Develop collaboration between GSEB Operations Dep and 3PL + distributors ongoing.

To be successful in this job, you will need the following experience and skills:
Logistics and supply chain experience and education.
Flexible, cooperative, and organized mindset is needed.
Self-driven problem solver with a “can do it” attitude
Analytical skills and proven abilities to initiate, drive and lead projects
Experience from warehouse and transportation.
Good knowledge in logistics, order to invocie and stock management.
MS Office (Excel), proficient level
SAP expertise, proficient level
Track record to deliver according to plan and be effective in time management
Fluent in English (oral & written), Swedish is a strong plus Visa mindre

About the role
This is a great opportunity to join our Nordic Marketng team! The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for setting up and implementing the Digital Strategy of Groupe SEB Nordics and to define the overall marketing strategies for the Nordic region.
The person holding the role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Digital Brand Communications through Digital Channels like Brand websites, ATL campaigns in digital media (online TV, YouTube), Brand social media, 3rd party social media and CRM.

Main responsibilities listed below:
· In collaboration with the Nordic Brand Activation team and Product manager team, elaborate, execute and deliver the company’s digital / online marketing strategy: Define key priorities and create action plans as well as define KPI’s to measure success and build best practices.
· Editorial planning and ongoing development and updating of Nordic websites
· To define with the Product Managers and Head of Nordic Brand Activation which products to prioritize in each digital initiative in order to support product launches. Be the main contact for the group’s media agency executing the campaigns.
· Develop social media plans for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (Tiktok, Pinterest) including content marketing for strategic categories to support product launches.
· Work with an influencer marketing agency to define the influencer marketing strategy and execute campaigns for the key launches
· To analyze and follow up on campaigns, identify trends and provide reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment for the organization.
· Work to establish and manage the CRM database and campaigns.
· Work in close collaboration with E-Commerce.

Profile/Experience
We are looking for candidates genuine interest for digital communication, social media and content marketing. Passion for marketing and brands, a creative mindset as well as strong commercial sense is key for this position. In addition, we see that you have the following background:
· 5-7 years digital experience across functions that encompass Brand Strategy and Digital marketing.
· Excellent knowledge of Digital metrics (KPIs, tracking), Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media and CMS systems
· Ability to work across disciplines & departments and with agencies to bring multilevel activities together.
· Strong commercial awareness and application to areas of responsibility.
· Excellent communication & influencing skills.
· Creative thinker with ability to recognize longer term strategic objectives as well as short term goals.
· Confident with systems: PowerPoint, Excel, SAP etc.
· Self motivated, enthusiastic & results driven.
