We are currently seeking a professional to fill a position as a CNC Machine Operator/Shop Fabricator to help with our customer ACM projects. Candidate must be capable of assisting with operating a cnc router with working on multiple projects simultaneously. This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and a willingness to adapt and learn.

Main Responsibilities:
Learn and study design procedures and practices to better assist the team.
Operate and maintain a CNC router.
Fulfilling Bill of Materials and Packing Lists.
Fabricate Aluminum Composite Panels.
Assist Project Management with designs.

Requirements:
Role Qualifications:
Computer knowledge and efficiency.
Some experience with drafting and design is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Must have the desire to grow professionally.
Be a flexible and adaptable team player.
Ability to understand and follow directions.



Experience:
Prefer some type of fabrication and/or machining experience.
Prefer the ability to read instructional drawings.
Prefer experience computers.
